How do I make an appointment?
Contact us by emailing or calling us. If we are busy in clinic and unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will call you back the same day, sometimes in the evening, before 8pm.
Do I need to se a GP for a referral?
No, you can self refer. You may prefer to attend with an ACC number (see fees section) if you believe your issues are injury related. We can refer for x-rays, ultrasounds and specialist opinion when this is deemed appropriate.
How do I pay for private appointments?
We have onsite eftpos facilities and payment is appreciated at the end of your appointment.
Will my costs be covered by my medical insurance?
This depends on your policy. Please contact you insurance provider for details.
