Jayne Didham
Jayne is New Zealand registered Hand Therapist (NZAHT) and Occupational Therapist (NZAOT). Jayne has been working as a Hand therapist for almost 20 years. Her clinical skills are acute hand injuries and providing advice and education for hands affected by disease process. Jayne has worked in both public and private Hand Therapy settings and has strong links with other health providers.
Aside from clinical work, Jayne teaches at the School of Occupational Therapy, introducing students to Hand Therapy, splinting and completing practical workshops.
Jayne feels passionate about Hand Therapy and understands the impact an injured or painful hand can have on your day to day life.
Outside of work, Jayne enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with her dog, exploring nature and catching up with friends.
Dannica Phillips
Dannica was born in South Africa and has lived in Aotearoa since 2002. Dannica completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2024 and is an Associate Hand Therapist.
Dannica believes our hands play a vital role in how we connect with the world and do the things we love. Dannica is passionate about helping people recover function and independence so they can get back to the activities that matter most to them.
When not working Dannica enjoys spending time with whānau and friends, visiting local coffee shops, and learning about different cultures."
