ACC Claim Number

If your issue is related to an injury, you can apply to ACC for cover of treatment. Your GP, Physio or Hand Therapist can fill in a claim form for you. Here's some helpful information on the ACC website that outlines what they do and don't cover. 

How do you know if you're covered by ACC?

You will receive a letter from ACC advising if your claim has been accepted or not. If your claim is declined by ACC you will then have to pay private fees.
